Open Positions

All applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. 

Room Attendant (11.00/hr.)

Responsible for cleaning guest rooms and assisting with any guest requests. Must be able to clean 16 guest rooms in an 8-hour shift.  Must be able to work weekends and holidays.  Good communication skills in the English language is required. 

Housekeeping Supervisor (12.00/hr.)        

The Housekeeping supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of room attendants in his/her section, train and retrain all room attendants and housemen in maintaining the highest level of cleanliness in all guest rooms and guest corridors. Directly responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction with room inspections. Supply rooms with essential items, extra towels or amenities if requested. Report all guest notes and all damages found in all guest rooms. Lead by example, the use of the Core Values and Best Practices towards all guests and internal customers.

Cook (13.00/hr.) 

Directly responsible for food quality and service from the kitchen, including consistency of product, proper temperatures as specified through recipe cards, use records in accordance with departmental standards and guidelines on proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Prior experience is a must.  Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays if needed. 

Barista (10.00/hr.)      

Responsible for cash handling, food and beverage preparation for guests, creating an excellent guest service experience and that all department standards are upheld. Must have prior guest service experience, be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Must have the ability to multitask. Must be proficient in the English language.

Guest Service Agent (13.00/hr.)      

Responsible for checking in and checking out guests responding to all guests’ needs and inquiries in a friendly manner and answering and transferring calls appropriately. Must have excellent customer service skills, type 40 wpm and be available to work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements: Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to converse in basic English. Experience with Opera Reservation System preferred.

Banquet Server On Call

Directly responsible for the table set up in any given Banquet function.  Responsible for friendly and efficient service of the function as well as proper breakdown of all equipment and food items.  Emphasis on 100% guest satisfaction. 

Host / Busser    (10.00/hr.)

Responsible for opening and closing up the register, handling comment cards and all closing paperwork. Taking Room Service order, completing all room service callbacks. Greeting and seating all guests. Prior hostess/ host/cashier restaurant experience. Responsible for setting up tables, maintain a neat/clean table atmosphere while a patron is eating and provides basic necessities as required (i.e., water, bread and silverware). Also, maintains a clean and adequate workstation to support dining room and server requirements.


Responsible for guest and employee safety, as well as company property.  Responds to all emergency situations and assists as needed. Responds to all workplace injuries and fills out comprehensive reports pertaining to workplace injuries, security issues, and lost and found.  Must have good oral and written proficiency in the English language and be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
