Outlet Server

The Food server is primarily responsible for ensuring an excellent dining experience for the guest through good communication, good menu knowledge, and execution of our service standards. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Must have prior experience serving in a full service restaurant and a working knowledge of a full liquor bar. Good communication in the English language is required. 

Room Attendant ($11.00/hr.)

Responsible for cleaning guest rooms and assisting with any guest requests. Must be able to clean 16 guest rooms in an 8-hour shift.  Must be able to work weekends and holidays.  Good communication skills in the English language is required. 

Housekeeping Supervisor (12.00/hr.)        

The Housekeeping supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of room attendants in his/her section, train and retrain all room attendants and housemen in maintaining the highest level of cleanliness in all guest rooms and guest corridors. Directly responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction with room inspections. Supply rooms with essential items, extra towels or amenities if requested. Report all guest notes and all damages found in all guest rooms. Lead by example, the use of the Core Values and Best Practices towards all guests and internal customers.

Catering Sales Manager (Salary)

 

Responsible for generating and booking high sales volumes of Catering/Banquets/Room Rental Revenues as reflected in the Catering Sales Goals.  Also responsible for monthly forecasts and annual budgets for the department.  All types of Catering/Banquets/Room Rental functions to include but not limited to Corporate Meetings, Social Functions, and Weddings. Actively solicit potential Local and Regional accounts.  Participation in Catering Sales Blitzes, Trade Shows and Business Organizations is required. Must have prior sales and event management experience.  Hotel experience is a plus.  Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.

Housekeeping Floor Assistant (11.00/hr.) 

Maintains all corridors, stairwells, and closets clean.  Assists room attendants with stocking housekeeping carts, empty trash, and deep cleaning rooms.  Assist with guest requests for extra supplies promptly. Good communication in the English language is required.
