Open Positions

All applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. 

PM Line Cook  (13.00/hr)

Directly responsible for food quality and service from the kitchen, including consistency of product, proper temperatures as specified through recipe cards, use records in accordance with departmental standards and guidelines on proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Prior experience is a must.  Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays if needed. 

PM Banquet Supervisor

Directly responsible and involved in a hands-on fashion with the banquet set-up team and the timely and accurate function arrangements as directed by Banquet and/or Catering /Convention Managers. Responsible for accurate sets, maintenance, and cleanliness of function rooms and equipment. Communicates any repair issues to Banquet Operations Manager and/or Engineering department for action. Must be familiar with audiovisual equipment at disposal. Service-oriented personality required for heavy guest contact.

Outlet Server

The Food server is primarily responsible for ensuring an excellent dining experience for the guest through good communication, good menu knowledge, and execution of our service standards. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Must have prior experience serving in a full-service restaurant and a working knowledge of a full liquor bar. Good communication in English.

Pantry Cook (10.00/hr)

Directly responsible for food quality and service of the Employee Cafeteria, including consistency of product, adherence of set menu cycles. Also must maintain products at proper levels and insure proper food handling and sanitation procedures along with maintenance, storage and rotation of all wares and procedures identified through open/close checklists and railroad cleaning cycles.

Security Officer ( 12.00/hr.)

Responsible for guest and employee safety, as well as company property.  Responds to all emergency situations and assists as needed. Responds to all workplace injuries and fills out comprehensive reports pertaining to workplace injuries, security issues, and lost and found. Must have good oral and written proficiency in the English language and be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
