Open Positions

All applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. 

Cook  

Directly responsible for food quality and service from the kitchen, including consistency of product, proper temperatures as specified through recipe cards, use records in accordance with departmental standards and guidelines on proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Prior experience is a must.  Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays if needed. 

PM Banquet Supervisor

Directly responsible and involved in a hands-on fashion with the banquet set-up team and the timely and accurate function arrangements as directed by Banquet and/or Catering /Convention Managers. Responsible for accurate sets, maintenance, and cleanliness of function rooms and equipment. Communicates any repair issues to Banquet Operations Manager and/or Engineering department for action. Must be familiar with audiovisual equipment at disposal. Service-oriented personality required for heavy guest contact.

Banquet Server On Call 

Directly responsible for the table set up in any given Banquet function. Responsible for friendly and efficient service of the function as well as proper breakdown of all equipment and food items. Emphasis on 100% guest satisfaction. Service-oriented personality required for heavy guest contact.

Banquet Set Up

The Banquet Set Up person will be responsible for setting up rooms as required by the guest specifications. He/She will also be required to clean up the meeting rooms before, during and after the function. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Must have good communication skills in the English language.

Outlet Server

The Food server is primarily responsible for ensuring an excellent dining experience for the guest through good communication, good menu knowledge, and execution of our service standards. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Must have prior experience serving in a full service restaurant and a working knowledge of a full liquor bar. Good communication in the English.
