Open Positions

All applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. 

Cook (13.00/hr.) 

Directly responsible for food quality and service from the kitchen, including consistency of product, proper temperatures as specified through recipe cards, use records in accordance with departmental standards and guidelines on proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Prior experience is a must.  Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays if needed. 

Barista (10.00/hr.)      

Responsible for cash handling, food and beverage preparation for guests, creating an excellent guest service experience and that all department standards are upheld. Must have prior guest service experience, be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Must have the ability to multitask. Must be proficient in the English language.

Banquet Server

Directly responsible for the table set up in any given Banquet function. Responsible for friendly and efficient service of the function as well as proper breakdown of all equipment and food items. Emphasis on 100% guest satisfaction. Service-oriented personality required for heavy guest contact.

PM Banquet Supervisor

Directly responsible and involved in a hands-on fashion with the banquet set-up team and the timely and accurate function arrangements as directed by Banquet and/or Catering /Convention Managers. Responsible for accurate sets, maintenance, and cleanliness of function rooms and equipment. Communicates any repair issues to Banquet Operations Manager and/or Engineering department for action. Must be familiar with audiovisual equipment at disposal. Service-oriented personality required for heavy guest contact.

Reservation Agent

Assists in maintaining operations throughout all Reservations functions (Reservations, Front desk and PBX) including a high standard of service, and maintaining daily functions to ensure profitability and maximum revenues without sacrificing quality control and guest safety. Responsible for taking reservations and accurately inputting into the computer system. Process confirmations, cancellations and any changes in a timely manner and with accuracy. Answer inquiries of room rates, outlets and room locations. Schedule available to work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts. Requirements: Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to converse in basic English. Experience with Opera Reservation System preferred.
