Open Positions

All applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. 

Room Attendant (Mid Shift $12.00/hr.)

The room attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and assisting with any guest requests. Must be able to clean 16 guest rooms in an 8 hour shift. Must have at least 1 year experience in a full service hotel. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Shifts needed are 11am - 7:30pm and 12pm - 8:30pm. Good communication in the English language is required.

Bartender ($10.00/hr.) 

Responsible for ensuring that all beverages are properly made and replenished in a timely manner and in accordance with standards. Must service the needs of all guests in a quick, efficient, and friendly manner thus upholding the 100% Guest Satisfaction program. Prior Bartending experience is a must. Great communication in the English language is required. Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays and overtime if needed.

PM Line Cook ($13.00/hr.)

Directly responsible for food quality and service from the kitchen, including consistency of product, proper temperatures as specified through recipe cards, use records in accordance with departmental standards and guidelines on proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Prior experience is a must.  Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays if needed.  

Steward ($10.00/hr.)

Directly responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen equipment and wares with strict adherence to diagrammed organizational charts, cleaning cycles, and present ware washing standards and procedures. Works under the guidance of the Chef in order to maintain a professional attitude and demeanor and to follow any reasonable request given by management.

Barista ($10.00/hr.)

Responsible for cash handling, food and beverage preparation for guests, creating an excellent guest service experience and that all department standards are upheld. Must have prior guest service experience, be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Must have the ability to multitask. Must be proficient in the English language.

 Host (10.00/hr.)

Responsible for opening and closing up the register, handling comment cards and all closing paperwork. Taking Room Service order, completing all Room service callbacks. Greeting and seating all guests. Prior hostess/ host/cashier restaurant experience. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Outlet Server 

The Food server is primarily responsible for ensuring an excellent dining experience for the guest through good communication, good menu knowledge, and execution of our service standards. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Must have prior experience serving in a full service restaurant and a working knowledge of a full liquor bar. Good communication in the English.

Restaurant Bus Person (10.00)

Responsible for setting up tables, maintain a neat/clean table atmosphere while a patron is eating and provides basic necessities as required (i.e., water, bread and silverware). Also, maintains a clean and adequate work station to support dining room and server requirements.
