Open Positions

All applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. 

Room attendant ($11/hr.)

Responsible for cleaning guest rooms and assisting with any guest requests. Must be able to clean 16 guest rooms in an 8-hour shift.  Must be able to work weekends and holidays.  Good communication skills in the English language is required. 

Outlet Server

The Food server is primarily responsible for ensuring an excellent dining experience for the guest through good communication, good menu knowledge, and execution of our service standards. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Must have prior experience serving in a full service restaurant and a working knowledge of a full liquor bar. Good communication in the English language is required. 

Guest Service Agent/Relief 3rd Shift Guest Service Agent ($13.00/hr.- $14.00/hr.)

                Responsible for checking in and checking out guests through Opera; responding to all guests’ needs and inquiries in a friendly manner and answering and transferring calls appropriately.  Must have excellent customer service skills, type 40 wpm and be available to work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements: Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to converse in basic English. Experience with Opera Reservation System preferred. 

Guest Service Agent ($13.00/hr)

House person ($11.00/hr.)

 Directly responsible for maintaining a good and clean environment.  Maintains all corridors, stairwells, and closets cleaned, stocked, & organized.  Follow proper equipment and chemical handling procedures.  Demonstrate use of Core Values and Best Practices while interacting with guests and internal customers. Good communication skills in the English language are required.

Barista ($10.00/hr.)

 Responsible for cash handling, food and beverage preparation for guests, creating an excellent guest service experience and that all department standards are upheld. Must have prior guest service experience, be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays. Must have the ability to multitask. Must be proficient in the English language.
